If it’s not Domu that you know its one of his many alias, from Rima, Sonar Circle, Realsides, Bakura, Kudu to Blue Monkeys. He has releases on labels such as Sonar Kollektiv, JCR, Compost Records, Archive, 2000 Black, Irma, Good Looking, Spinning Wheel and Arision as well as remixes for Jazzanova, Cinematic Orchestra, 4 Hero, Alison David, Dom au Romao, Ennio Morricone and Rednose Distrik. Domu is one of the finest broken beat & future jazz producers around and he must be considered part of the leftfield royal family.
With out you even knowing there is probably a DOMU track or remix in your collection somewhere. He is one of the most prolific, yet consistent producers around. His most recent musical journeys comes under the UMOD with an album entitled “Enter the UmoD” on Jazzanova’s Sonar Kollektiv He has also completed a Lp “Return of the rogue” for the Archive label. Behind the decks witness domu getting seriously busy on the cross fader and trying out new CD-R’s, dubplates and soulful experimentations that will in 2 months time become underground dance hits across the world. don’t worry you can find him playing every where from Rootdown, with Rainer Truby with Bugz in the Attic, The Big Chill festival, Fabric or maybe The Jazz Rooms in Brighton with Russ Dewbury.
