Bronte Alva

Bronte Alva is a queer indie pop/rock artist from Kiama, NSW, writing emotionally charged songs that sit somewhere between vulnerability and ego. Built on gritty guitars and hook driven melodies, her music captures the contradictions of early adulthood. As she puts it, ‘they are songs for people with deep anxiety, imposter syndrome, and a god complex all at once’.

Bronte’s live shows are energetic and emotionally raw. Sharing stages with the likes of WAAX, Telenova, Skegss, Hevenshe, and The Beddy Rays, as well as festival slots with Crooked River Winter Wine Festival and Yours and Owls Festival, Bronte has begun steadily carving out her own space in the Australian indie scene.
