HIATUS KAIYOTE WITH ORCHESTRA (VIC premiere) – Multiple Grammy-nominated genre-defying future-soul outfit Hiatus Kaiyote expand into new sonic territory with their biggest show to date. The Melbourne seven piece will unleash their head-spinning odyssey of progressive soul on the Hamer Hall for one night only, where they’ll be joined by the power of an orchestra.
With orchestral arrangements by Miguel Atwood Fergsuon, the Brainfeeder composer who wrote the cult-classic J Dilla score ‘Suite For Ma Dukes’, and the arrangements of Brazilian legend Arthur Verocai.
This not to be repeated event will showcase the bands repertoire across their 3 x critically acclaimed albums and feature new as yet unreleased songs.
