Blending her Jamaican and Antiguan roots with elements of reggae, dancehall, baile-funk, R&B, rap, rock and pop, her distinct grungy, underground aesthetic radiates fierce, unapologetic feminine energy.
SadBoi introduced herself with BARE CHAT in 2024, a raw and fearless debut featuring collaborations with Kaliii and Brazilian duo Tasha & Tracie, before following it with DRY CRY, praised by Pitchfork as “a declaration of incoming supremacy.” The project featured collaborations with Smiley, Cash Cobain, Blanco, DJ SAZE, Cleotrapa and Duquesa, further cementing her reputation as a genre-blending artist unafraid to push sonic boundaries.
Her rise has been fuelled by electrifying performances across North America and Europe, including appearances at Wireless Block Party, Rolling Loud, Dour Festival, Mural Festival, Ginger Festival and Yardland Festival. Her first headline tour in 2025 included two back-to-back sold-out shows in Toronto, marking a major turning point in her live career.
More recently, SadBoi joined forces with chart-topping artist MOLIY on “Johnny”, while her latest single “THERAPIST” premiered on COLORSxSTUDIOS, showcasing her signature mix of dark humour, chaotic energy and raw emotional honesty.
