Taj Ralph ‘Great Southern Nights’

From busking around Sydney’s Northern beaches, scoring a top finalist position for triple j unearthed high, scoring support slots with Amy Shark, Kim Churchill & Golden Vessels and a slot at 2018’s BIGSOUND all before 18 years of age, Taj Ralph has had anything but the normal start to his career.
Having graduated high school and having time (probably more than he anticipated) to get back to his first love – Music.
With the world seeming to shutdown around him earlier this year, Taj hopped a plane to Melbourne to complete a body of work that had been almost a year in the making and what would be his relaunch into music, with a new and fully realised sound that is all his own.

Great Southern Nights is a new event to kick-start the recovery of the live music industry – featuring 1000 COVID safe gigs across Sydney and regional NSW, throughout November 2020 (Australian Music Month). Great Southern Nights is a NSW Government initiative, delivered by Destination NSW in partnership with ARIA. For more information, please visit greatsouthernnights.com.au
